Information to include in a message

When an enquiry concerns an order, quote its number and checkout email and explain the assistance needed. Include photographs where useful to show a damaged, defective or wrong item. Please keep passwords, complete card numbers and card security codes out of email messages.

Mark an urgent change request with “Order change” and the order number. We will check whether the requested amendment is still possible and confirm the result. A message alone does not confirm an amendment or cancellation. For information rights, use “Privacy request” in the subject line.
